  • Complete a preliminary tender
  • $1000 (fully refundable deposit)
  • Book in projected site start date (subject to permits)
  • Lock in promotion
  • Secure site analysis pricing
Step 3 - Confirmation & Agreement
  • Confirm Design Changes
  • Deposit $1300 (all deposits no longer refundable)
  • Redesign Fee $1500 (if applicable)
Step 4 - Home Selections
  • Finalise home selections
  • Book colour consultation
  • Finalise altered plans (if required)
Step 5 - Colour Selections
  • Experience a fun and interactive consultation with our colour consultant to Select all colours and upgrades
Step 6 - Junction
  • Final Price
  • Final Tender Presentation
  • Proceed to working drawing & contract
  • Introduced to your customer service team member
Step 7 - Contract Signing
  • Sign final building contract
  • Pay balance of 5% deposit
Step 8 - Permits & Approvals
  • All working drawings and engineering plans sent out for required permits
Step 9 - Let's get Building!
